As an autistic adult, I understand how isolating it can be to struggle with mental health while also having difficulty finding support that understands the unique challenges that our community often faces. I am especially passionate about improving access to free mental health services and affirming support for autistic and other neurodivergent adults.

Valerie has served as a Group Facilitator and Outreach Specialist for MHPSOGFW for over 4 years. She is also an author of an autobiographical book that shares her lived experience.
She is passionate about providing safe, judgement free spaces for peers to feel supported and heard.

Jackie has served as our Office Admin since 2019.
She has lived experience with mental health challenges and 11 years of admin experience working in peer led mental health.
She is a mother of three adult sons, and a wife of 42 years.
