Online Support Groups

Monday Night  6:00-7:00 PM
Community Peer Support Group

Currently on Zoom

A group where anyone is welcome to join and receive support from peers for mental health challenges, or simply seeking a supportive,
non-judgmental, peer community.

 Wednesday Night 6:00-7:00 PM

Early-Identified Autistic, Neurodivergent and IDD Inclusive Peer Support Group

This is a free, 1-hour Zoom space for people who were identified as autistic or neurodivergent earlier in life, including people who identify as having intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD). All neurodivergencies and mental health experiences are welcome.

This group has a more relaxed pace, with lots of time to share. We focus on everyday topics like feelings, things you enjoy, daily life, and making friends. This group might be a good fit if you’re looking for a laid-back space to connect, talk, and be yourself.

Thursday Night 6:30-7:30 PM
Late-Identified Autistic and Neurodivergent Peer Support Group

This is a free, 1-hour Zoom space for adults who discovered they’re autistic or neurodivergent later in life (Autism, ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD, and more are all welcome). We talk about things like identity after diagnosis, masking, relationships, burnout, and other deeper topics. Conversations can get pretty reflective, and there’s space to share openly with others who get it. This group might be a good fit if you enjoy more in-depth conversations and exploring your experiences in a thoughtful way.
